1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 8basa online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://8basa.io and through any related mobile-optimised interface (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 8basa ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on the 8basa Platform, you ("you", "your", "the Player") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms should be read together with the 8basa Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

8basa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any published update constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2 Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this document:

• "Platform" means the 8basa website, any subdomain operated by 8basa, and any application or interface through which 8basa services are delivered.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the 8basa Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and is eligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and confirmed winnings held in a Player's 8basa wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using real-money balance or bonus funds on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" means the process by which 8basa confirms the identity, age, and payment ownership of a Player.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone for all platform operations.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 8basa Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of account activity:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8basa applies a minimum age of 21 in alignment with responsible gaming best practices and the profile of the Bangladesh market it serves.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 8basa or any of its technology or content partners, where participation would represent a conflict of interest.
• Your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 8basa Platform or had an Account permanently closed by 8basa for a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering for personal recreational use only and not for any commercial, systematic, or professional gambling purpose that exploits Platform promotions.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 8basa services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to you in Bangladesh. 8basa may reject or suspend any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Each person may hold one and only one registered Account on the 8basa Platform. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings held in those Accounts may be forfeited without compensation.

8basa may require you to complete a verification process before permitting your first withdrawal or at any subsequent time. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a utility bill confirming your residential address. 8basa may also require confirmation that the mobile money account used for deposits is registered in your name. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

All 8basa Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit, play, or withdrawal cycle. All bet amounts, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and settled in BDT.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, even temporarily.
• You must choose a strong, unique password that is not reused from other websites or services.
• You must log out of your Account after every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify 8basa support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

8basa will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 8basa and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected].

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

8basa currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. This list may be updated from time to time at 8basa's discretion. Players will be notified of any changes via on-platform notification.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction across all payment methods.
• Deposits via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the 8basa wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account balance.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the 8basa Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 8basa Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests to mobile money accounts submitted during normal operating hours are processed within one hour. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• 8basa reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Requests will not be processed until satisfactory verification is completed.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to the Wagering Requirements described in Section 7 before they may be withdrawn.
• In cases where 8basa suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to place a hold on a withdrawal pending investigation. 8basa will notify the Player of any such hold as soon as is practicable.

8basa is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activity. 8basa applies risk-based due diligence procedures and may request documentation to confirm the source of funds deposited into any Account. Accounts where satisfactory documentation is not provided may be suspended pending investigation. 8basa reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

8basa offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available only to Players with verified Accounts in good standing.
• Each bonus promotion specifies its own Wagering Requirement. The Wagering Requirement must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. If the validity period expires before the requirement is met, remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account.
• Bonus Funds are used in the betting sequence after real-money balance has been exhausted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Games may contribute differently to the Wagering Requirement. For example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each promotion will be listed in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 8basa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a bonus before a cancellation will be entitled to complete any already-commenced wagering under the original terms.
• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including through coordinated play across multiple Accounts or through strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational play — is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and bonus forfeiture.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual betting markets, casino games, crash games, and arcade titles are published within each game or product section of the Platform. Those product-specific rules supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the product-specific rule is more favourable to the Player in a specific matter.

A bet or wager is only accepted and confirmed when the Platform has displayed an explicit confirmation message and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's balance. Bets that do not receive an explicit confirmation — for example, due to a network interruption before confirmation — are not valid and no liability is accepted by 8basa for such incomplete transactions.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, human error in odds compilation, or any other event that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or balance calculations being displayed to Players, 8basa reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. 8basa will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players. No claim for profit-of-opportunity arising from a manifest error will be entertained.

In the event that a sporting event or market on which bets have been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined, 8basa will void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' balances in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8basa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account using your identity or contact information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other Players or acting in concert to exploit promotions, arbitrage odds, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment method after placing bets with the deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8basa support staff or other users of the Platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

8basa is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players stay in control of their activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further bets are blocked until the limit period resets or you revise the limit (subject to the same cooling-off rules as deposit limits).
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session length after which the Platform will display an alert notifying you of the elapsed time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. During a cooling-off period, login access is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from the 8basa Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8basa Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 8basa or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 8basa.

The names, logos, and trademarks of game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Platform does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, 8basa beyond the commercial content licensing arrangements in place.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8basa and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

8basa does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability, for which 8basa accepts no liability.

8basa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

8basa collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in the 8basa Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8basa will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in the delivery of Platform services (such as payment processors and identity verification providers), and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. 14 Amendments to These Terms

8basa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8basa will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via on-platform notification or email. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon publication unless a different effective date is specified.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to withdraw your balance, contact support to initiate a withdrawal before closing your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of law applicable to online service agreements. In the event of a dispute between you and 8basa arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

All formal dispute communications should be directed to 8basa in writing via [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and the factual basis for the claim. 8basa will acknowledge receipt of formal dispute communications within three business days and respond substantively within fourteen business days.

These Terms are published in the English language. The English text is the governing version and shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any translation or paraphrase.
